Welcome to Vintage Aerofab

We specialize in manufacturing of obsolete or difficult to procure parts for Vintage, WWI, WWII, Experimental, and Modern Aircraft. Vintage Aerofab can use original drawings or reverse engineer from the original parts to produce the parts required to keep your aircraft in the air. If custom drawings or solid models of your part are required, we can provide these as well. Plating, NDI and Heat Treatment of your parts can all be done locally. This allows Vintage Aerofab to monitor the progress of your parts directly and not from a phone call across the country.

Your parts will be crafted from our shop with the use of manual mills, manual lathes, CNC machining centers, water jet and surface grinders. Shears, brakes, TIG welders, horizontal and vertical bandsaws are also used for sheet metal fabrication.

Our completed projects include Staggerwing dual control yokes, landing gear struts and oleos and ground handling equipment. We have also produced parts for Lockheed 10 and 12, P-40, P-51, J2F, Waco, Cessna, Beech and RV aircraft.
